VMDK to qcow / LVM

Change the vmdk file to qemu format ex :

qemu-img convert -f vmdk myvm.vmdk -O qcow2 myvm.qcow2

Or, copy the vmdk to an LVM based disk of the same size or larger

dd if=myvm.vmdk of=/dev/myVG/myvm
